- Develop and implement data-driven customer engagement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Monitor and report on key customer engagement metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize customer insights to inform product and service development and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement to continuously improve our approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer engagement and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer needs to provide personalized and tailored solutions.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to streamline customer engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer engagement data.
- Act as a brand ambassador for TransUnion, representing the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Stay informed on TransUnion's products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Engagement Or Customer Relationship Management.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience Working With Customer Data And Segmentation.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
Experience With Customer Engagement Platforms And Tools, Such As Salesforce, Marketo, Or Oracle.
