  4. Utilize effective communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Demonstrate a positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers.
  6. Act as a problem solver, identifying and resolving customer issues with efficiency.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  8. Accurately document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
