  1. Verify credentials: The primary responsibility of this role is to verify the credentials of new hires, including educational qualifications, work experience, and relevant certifications.
  2. Manage onboarding process: This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  3. Ensure compliance: It will be the responsibility of the Credentialing and Onboarding Representative to ensure that all new hires meet the necessary compliance and regulatory requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate records: This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all new hires, including their credentials, background checks, and other relevant information.
  5. Coordinate with various teams: The Credentialing and Onboarding Representative will need to collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  6. Conduct background checks: It will be the responsibility of this role to conduct thorough background checks on new hires, including criminal records, credit history, and references.
  7. Develop and improve processes: The Credentialing and Onboarding Representative will be expected to continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding and credentialing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Communicate with new hires: This role will be responsible for communicating with new hires to collect necessary information, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  9. Train and mentor new employees: The Credentialing and Onboarding Representative may be responsible for training and mentoring new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations: It will be the responsibility of this role to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to credentialing and onboarding processes and ensure compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Credentialing And Onboarding.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Credentialing And Onboarding Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.

  • Proven Ability To Manage A High Volume Of Onboarding And Credentialing Tasks While Maintaining Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
