- Verify credentials: The primary responsibility of this role is to verify the credentials of new hires, including educational qualifications, work experience, and relevant certifications.
- Manage onboarding process: This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Ensure compliance: It will be the responsibility of the Credentialing and Onboarding Representative to ensure that all new hires meet the necessary compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records: This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all new hires, including their credentials, background checks, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with various teams: The Credentialing and Onboarding Representative will need to collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Conduct background checks: It will be the responsibility of this role to conduct thorough background checks on new hires, including criminal records, credit history, and references.
- Develop and improve processes: The Credentialing and Onboarding Representative will be expected to continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding and credentialing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with new hires: This role will be responsible for communicating with new hires to collect necessary information, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process.
- Train and mentor new employees: The Credentialing and Onboarding Representative may be responsible for training and mentoring new employees on company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Stay updated on industry regulations: It will be the responsibility of this role to stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to credentialing and onboarding processes and ensure compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Credentialing And Onboarding.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Credentialing And Onboarding Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Internal Stakeholders And External Partners.
Proven Ability To Manage A High Volume Of Onboarding And Credentialing Tasks While Maintaining Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
