We are seeking a driven and creative Corporate Event Planner to join our dynamic team and help us plan and execute internal events that align with our company's vision and mission. As the Internal Events Planner, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and senior leaders to design and deliver memorable events that engage and inspire our employees.   1. Collaborate with various departments and senior leaders to understand the company's vision and mission, and develop event concepts that align with them.
  2. Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and approved by appropriate stakeholders.
  3. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services for events.
  4. Plan and execute all aspects of internal events, including but not limited to venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  5. Develop event timelines and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and ensure maximum attendance.
  7. Manage event registration and attendee communication.
  8. Communicate event details and updates to all stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees.
  9. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all technical and AV requirements are met for events.
  10. Collect and analyze feedback from event attendees to continuously improve future events.
  11. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning strategies.
  12. Maintain event planning documentation and records.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for TransUnion at events, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Collaborate with other event planners within the company to share best practices and coordinate larger company-wide events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Corporate Event Planning, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.

  • Experience Managing Budgets And Negotiating Contracts With Vendors, Venues, And Other Event Partners.
