  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional value through TransUnion's fraud solutions
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and fraud solutions to effectively communicate the value of TransUnion's products and services to clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of TransUnion's fraud solutions by clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to continuously improve and enhance TransUnion's fraud solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing strategic guidance and recommendations on how to best utilize TransUnion's fraud solutions to achieve their business goals
  • Proactively identify and address any client concerns or issues, ensuring a positive and successful client experience
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients to effectively communicate the value of TransUnion's fraud solutions and showcase business growth opportunities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to internal teams and clients on the features and benefits of TransUnion's fraud solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Fraud Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In The Fraud Solutions Sector, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Fraud Prevention Techniques, Tools, And Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Information And Ideas To Clients In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Client Relationship Management: This Role Requires The Candidate To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Client Relationships, Understanding Their Needs, And Providing Solutions That Add Value To Their Business.

  • Industry Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including The Current Landscape, Regulations, And Trends. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of The Latest Fraud Prevention Techniques And Technologies Being Used In The Industry.
