
Client Success and Implementation Managers
At TransUnion, we’re looking for experienced Client Success and Implementation Managers who are passionate about helping our clients succeed. Our ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or software implementation, with a Bachelor’s Degree in related field being preferred. This individual should have strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as experience in developing and maintaining client relationships. Furthermore, this individual must have a deep understanding of TransUnion’s products and services and be able to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.If you have the drive to help our customers succeed and the necessary qualifications, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exemplary customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage complex projects while paying close attention to detail.
- Utilize problem solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of TransUnion’s products and services.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding project status and progress.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Document customer interactions and project progress.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Manage customer expectations and develop customer retention strategies.
Excellent Communication
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field
+ Years Of Sales And/Or Account Management Experience In A Related Field
Proven Track Record In Developing And Maintaining Customer Relationships
