- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies and solutions that align with clients' needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand and grow client relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, exceeding their expectations.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by actively promoting our products and services to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Client-Facing Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Credit And Risk Management Concepts.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Account Plans, And Achieving Sales Targets.
