
Client Executive - Financial Services; Consumer Interactive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Executive to join our Financial Services team, specifically focusing on our Consumer Interactive business. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients in the financial services industry, while driving revenue growth through the sale of our consumer interactive products and services. - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the financial services industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for client retention and growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for the company.
- Provide regular updates and reports on client relationships and revenue growth to senior management.
- Represent TransUnion at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and services.
- Stay updated on TransUnion's products and services, as well as competitors, to effectively communicate and sell to clients.
- Continuously monitor and analyze client satisfaction levels, taking necessary actions to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify and address any potential issues or risks that may arise with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain a strong understanding of consumer interactive products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the financial services team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Consumer Lending, Or Credit Reporting Industries.
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Credit Data And Analytics, As Well As Current Industry Trends And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Clients And Driving Revenue Growth.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Stakeholders.
