Minimum 7-10 Years Of Experience In Creative Or Design Roles, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.
Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Range Of Successful Creative Campaigns And Projects, With A Focus On Digital And Multi-Channel Marketing.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Design Principles, Branding, And Visual Communication Strategies.
Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Designers And Copywriters, With Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills.
