Job Description

The Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) is seeking an experienced, innovative, and customer service-oriented Director of Tolling and Customer Service Information Systems. The successful candidate must have an understanding of toll collection and customer service systems, and the ability to lead an organization through the implementation of technology and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem-solver, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a deep understanding of customer service best practices. This position requires a minimum of seven years of experience in toll collection or customer service information systems, with knowledge of toll systems, customer service systems, or both. The Director must have experience in the management of teams and complex projects and be comfortable working with stakeholders from various departments. The successful candidate should have a track record of success in developing and executing strategies to improve customer service and toll collection operations.
