  1. Perform MIG welding on various HVAC products according to blueprints and specifications.
  2. Ensure quality and accuracy of welded parts by following company standards and procedures.
  3. Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to ensure proper weld placement.
  4. Maintain welding equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow and meet deadlines.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Continuously strive for improvement in welding techniques and suggest ways to increase efficiency.
  8. Keep accurate records of production and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
  9. Lift and move materials and finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
  11. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production processes.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills.
  14. Meet all production and quality targets set by the company.
  15. Work independently and as part of a team to contribute to the overall success of the company.
