Training Specialist

1. Develop and deliver training and development courses for Trane Technologies employees.
2. Create and implement training plans, curricula, and materials.
3. Assess training needs and design appropriate learning objectives.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
5. Maintain records of training activities, progress, and results.
6. Facilitate and/or participate in virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
7. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure training requirements are met.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
9. Provide updates and reports on training activities and progress.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant training regulations and procedures.
