
Systems Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Sales Manager to join our team at Trane Technologies. - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales of Trane Technologies' system products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients to showcase the features and benefits of our systems.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable business for the company.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Trane Technologies' products, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Trane Technologies by promoting our products and services at industry events and conferences.
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products and sales strategies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize sales processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management Within The Hvac Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Strong Knowledge Of Trane Technologies' Products And Services, As Well As The Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
