- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the controls business within the assigned territory.

- Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in controls technology to continuously improve sales strategies and offerings.
- Provide training and support to customers on Trane Technologies' controls products and services.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the controls business and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members to achieve their targets and develop their skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Travel to customer sites and other locations as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Controls Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Hvac Controls Systems And Solutions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Customer Accounts.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients At All Levels.
