Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Cybersecurity Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Senior Analyst Role At Trane Technologies Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity Risk Management Principles, Processes, And Methodologies.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Candidate Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Industry Standards Such As Iso 27001, Nist Cybersecurity Framework, And Regulatory Requirements Such As Gdpr And Ccpa. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Assess And Manage Cybersecurity Risks In Line With Trane Technologies' Compliance Requirements.
Proficiency In Risk Assessment And Mitigation Techniques: The Senior Analyst Should Be Able To Conduct Thorough Risk Assessments, Identify Potential Vulnerabilities And Threats, And Recommend Appropriate Mitigation Strategies. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Risk Management Plans And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including It, Legal, And Compliance, To Ensure The Effective Implementation Of Cybersecurity Risk Management Practices. Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Cybersecurity Or A Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Cybersecurity, Information Security, Or A Related Field Is Preferred For This Role.
