Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent technical and sales support.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions to meet their requirements.
- Utilize technical knowledge and experience to assist customers in understanding the technical aspects of Trane Technologies products and services.
- Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Develop and maintain product presentations and demonstrations.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide timely resolution to customer complaints.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
