  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Trane Technologies' products and services, including service agreements, to effectively communicate their value to potential and existing customers.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new service agreement opportunities within assigned region.
  3. Create and manage service agreement proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives and meet customer needs.
  4. Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding service agreements, providing guidance and addressing any questions or concerns.
  5. Monitor and track service agreement performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits of service agreements to ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and service partners, to facilitate successful service agreement implementation and management.
  8. Provide support and training to field service technicians on service agreement processes and procedures.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to service agreements, proactively making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  10. Represent Trane Technologies at industry events and conferences to promote the company's service agreement offerings and strengthen its reputation as a leader in sustainable HVAC solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Sales Or Service Role, Preferably In The Hvac Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regional Markets And Knowledge Of Local Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Team Members.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Relationship Management Software.
