As a Procore Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers who utilize Procore software in their construction projects.   1. Provide technical support to customers using Procore software in their construction projects.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to assist with technical inquiries.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of Procore software and stay up-to-date with any changes or updates.
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to relevant teams.
  7. Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner.
  8. Assist with onboarding and training new customers on how to effectively use Procore software.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and Procore's development team to report and resolve any software bugs or issues.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better assist customers with their needs.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with Procore software and industry knowledge.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with Procore's services.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in challenging situations.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the Procore Support team by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Procore Software: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Procore Software, Including Its Various Modules And Features. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Support To Clients.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Support Representative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Clients And Addressing Their Concerns Or Issues. Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills, Such As Effective Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Technical Background: A Background In Technology Or It Is Highly Desirable For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Computer Systems, Networks, And Software Applications In Order To Effectively Assist Clients With Technical Issues.

  • Ability To Work Independently: While The Support Representative Will Have A Team To Collaborate With, This Position Also Requires The Ability To Work Independently. The Candidate Should Be Self-Motivated, Able To Prioritize Tasks, And Work Efficiently To Resolve Client Issues.

  • Industry Knowledge: Trane Technologies Is A Leading Provider Of Hvac And Building Management Solutions. Therefore, Candidates With Experience Or Knowledge In The Construction, Engineering, Or Facilities Management Industries Will Have A Better Understanding Of Procore's Role And How It Integrates With Trane's Products And Services.
