- Provide technical support to customers using Procore software in their construction projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to assist with technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Procore software and stay up-to-date with any changes or updates.

- Assist with onboarding and training new customers on how to effectively use Procore software.
- Act as a liaison between customers and Procore's development team to report and resolve any software bugs or issues.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with Procore software and industry knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with Procore's services.

- Contribute to the overall success of the Procore Support team by sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
Experience With Procore Software: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Procore Software, Including Its Various Modules And Features. This Will Allow Them To Effectively Troubleshoot Issues And Provide Support To Clients.
Customer Service Skills: As A Support Representative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Clients And Addressing Their Concerns Or Issues. Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills, Such As Effective Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Technical Background: A Background In Technology Or It Is Highly Desirable For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Computer Systems, Networks, And Software Applications In Order To Effectively Assist Clients With Technical Issues.
Ability To Work Independently: While The Support Representative Will Have A Team To Collaborate With, This Position Also Requires The Ability To Work Independently. The Candidate Should Be Self-Motivated, Able To Prioritize Tasks, And Work Efficiently To Resolve Client Issues.
Industry Knowledge: Trane Technologies Is A Leading Provider Of Hvac And Building Management Solutions.
