
Material/Inventory Analyst

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all materials, ensuring availability for production and minimizing waste and excess.
- Analyze inventory data and identify areas for improvement and optimization, such as reducing lead times and improving inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory management strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track material usage and inventory levels, proactively identifying potential shortages or excesses and taking appropriate action.
- Utilize inventory management systems and tools to accurately track and report on inventory levels, material usage, and other key metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data, and address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices in inventory management to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials throughout the supply chain.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Material Planning And Inventory Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Distribution Environment.
Proficiency In Inventory Management Systems And Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments And Suppliers To Improve Inventory Processes And Accuracy.
