  1. Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Utilize your expertise in manufacturing engineering to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
  5. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, and actively promote a culture of safety within the plant.
  7. Manage and maintain equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for the manufacturing plant, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to support the company's growth and success.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
  12. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  13. Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on plant performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Tools

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Plant Environment

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements
