
Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

- Perform regular maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems within the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to effectively resolve maintenance issues and optimize processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in maintenance procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Technical Skills And Knowledge: A Maintenance Technician Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Equipment Effectively.
Experience In Maintenance And Repair: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Repair Work, Ideally In An Industrial Or Manufacturing Setting.
Safety Training And Certifications: Due To The Nature Of The Job, Candidates Should Have Completed Safety Training And Hold Certifications Such As Osha Or Nfpa To Ensure Safe Work Practices.
Ability To Work Independently: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Independently And Have A Proactive Approach To Identifying And Resolving Maintenance Issues.
Flexibility And Availability For 2Nd Shift: As This Is A 2Nd Shift Position, Candidates Must Be Willing And Able To Work Evening And/Or Weekend Shifts As Needed To Support Production And Maintenance Operations.
