  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Identify learning needs across the organization and design and deliver solutions to address those needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning solutions are effective and meet the needs of diverse employee groups.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into the company's learning strategy.
  5. Lead the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
  6. Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance the company's learning offerings.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary improvements.
  8. Create and manage a budget for learning and development initiatives.
  9. Communicate and promote the value of learning and development to all levels of the organization.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of learning professionals to ensure high-quality and impactful learning experiences.
  11. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify and address skills gaps and talent development needs.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to learning and development.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into the learning strategy.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the company's learning culture and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Act as a change agent to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the learning function.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Experience In Managing Large-Scale Learning Programs And Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
