  3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to provide the best service to customers.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
  6. Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  7. Keep accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and parts used.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  10. Represent Trane Technologies in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  12. Travel to different job sites within the designated area as needed.

  15. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position. This Shows A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge That Is Necessary For The Job.

  • Hvac Certification: A Valid Hvac Certification Is A Must For This Role. This Certification Ensures That The Technician Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Install, Maintain, And Repair Hvac Systems.

  • Previous Experience In Hvac Industry: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Hvac Industry. This Could Include Experience Working As A Technician, Installer, Or Service Technician.

  • Knowledge Of Local Building Codes And Regulations: A Good Understanding Of Local Building Codes And Regulations Is Essential For An Hvac Technician. This Ensures That All Installations And Repairs Are Done In Compliance With The Law.

  • Physical Ability And Technical Skills: This Role Requires Physical Strength And The Ability To Work In Various Weather Conditions And Tight Spaces. Technical Skills Such As Troubleshooting, Problem-Solving, And Equipment Maintenance Are Also Important For This Position.
