- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and values.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations.
- Coordinate and deliver new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously enhance the company's HR strategies and processes.
- Partner with other HR team members to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor while handling sensitive and confidential information.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Generalist Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Employment Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze And Present Data For Decision Making.
