Job Description

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales and building strong customer relationships? Trane Technologies is seeking a General Sales Leader for our Key Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving the growth of our key account business. We are looking for a results-driven individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and exceed sales targets.   1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive the growth of our key account business.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Foster strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to continuously improve their performance.
  7. Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
  9. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes to effectively adapt sales strategies.
  12. Collaborate with sales operations to accurately forecast sales and manage inventory levels.
  13. Continuously seek out new sales opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
  14. Monitor and report on the team's sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and collaborative work culture within the sales team.
