Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical and engineering support to Trane Technologies’ customers.
2. Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide solutions.
3. Work with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
5. Review customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
6. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
9. Provide training and support to customers on the use of Trane Technologies products.
10. Work closely with other engineers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
