Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety and environmental policies and procedures that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
2. Monitor safety, health, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Conduct safety and health audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective action.
4. Provide safety and health training to employees on topics such as hazardous materials, emergency response, and safety equipment.
5. Develop and maintain safety records and documentation.
6. Investigate all incidents and accidents and recommend preventative measures.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with outside safety and environmental regulatory agencies.
8. Monitor compliance with safety requirements during construction projects.
9. Assist with developing safety programs and plans.
10. Act as a liaison between the organization and other safety and environmental agencies.
