  1. Develop and implement company-wide Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Develop and maintain a strong safety culture throughout the organization by promoting and encouraging safe work practices.
  3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  4. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on EHS issues, including training programs and safety initiatives.
  5. Keep up-to-date with relevant EHS regulations and industry standards to ensure the organization remains in compliance.
  6. Lead incident investigations and develop action plans to prevent future incidents.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions for reducing environmental impact.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.
  9. Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Develop and oversee emergency response plans and procedures.
  11. Manage and allocate resources to ensure EHS goals and objectives are met.
  12. Communicate EHS initiatives and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on EHS issues to other departments.
  14. Continuously assess and improve EHS programs and processes to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  15. Mentor and develop EHS team members to ensure a high level of expertise and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within The Ehs Field, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Ehs Regulations And Standards.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Successful Ehs Programs, Including Risk Assessments, Incident Investigations, And Training Initiatives.
