  1. Develop and implement cybersecurity compliance policies and procedures for the organization.
  2. Monitor and assess the company's cybersecurity posture and identify any potential risks or vulnerabilities.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant cybersecurity regulations, laws, and standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any compliance issues.
  5. Lead and manage the cybersecurity compliance team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  6. Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the company's cybersecurity controls.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure the organization's security protocols are current and effective.
  8. Educate and train employees on cybersecurity policies and procedures to promote a culture of security awareness.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure the organization remains compliant.
  10. Create and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity compliance efforts and report on compliance metrics to senior management.
  11. Respond to any cybersecurity incidents and work with the incident response team to mitigate and remediate any potential threats.
  12. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance the company's cybersecurity posture.
  13. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all systems and networks are secure and compliant with industry standards.
  14. Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on the status of cybersecurity compliance efforts and any potential risks.
  15. Participate in industry conferences and networking events to stay current on cybersecurity trends and develop relationships with other professionals in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Compliance, Preferably In A Large Corporation.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr.

  • Strong Understanding Of Risk Management Principles And Experience Implementing Compliance Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Cybersecurity Best Practices.
