- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budget updates.
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the review and negotiation of contracts and change orders.
- Monitor project expenses and assist in budget management.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and innovative construction methods.

- Act as a liaison between project team members, providing updates and facilitating communication.
- Learn and utilize project management software to track progress and maintain project documentation.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Enrolled In A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree Program In Construction Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field
Knowledge Of Construction Project Management Principles And Practices
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Project Management Software (E.g. Primavera, Procore)
