- Lead product commercialization efforts for new and existing commercial HVAC products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launch plans.
- Ensure timely and successful product launches by coordinating with various departments, including engineering, marketing, and supply chain.
- Monitor product performance and provide technical support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Conduct thorough product testing and validation to ensure quality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for products, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in commercial HVAC technology.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in product commercialization.
- Train and educate team members on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our products and innovations.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Support And Execution, Preferably In The Commercial Hvac Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Hvac Systems And Components.
Experience With Project Management And Execution, Including Coordinating Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Timelines.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interface With Customers And Internal Teams To Resolve Technical Issues And Provide Product Support.
