  1. Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all equipment and systems at Trane Technologies through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner to prevent any disruptions in operations.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement innovative solutions for improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes and systems.
  5. Troubleshoot and repair automation equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, as well as identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards while performing duties.
  8. Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in automation technology.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and address any urgent issues.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement in all tasks and responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: A Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field, And Experience With Automation Systems, Plc Programming, And Troubleshooting Of Industrial Equipment.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards: Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Automation, Such As Osha Safety Regulations, Nec Codes, And Iso Standards.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Automation Systems, Identify Problems, And Develop Solutions In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Management, And Other Departments.

  • Experience With Automation Software: Proficiency In Using Automation Software, Such As Allen Bradley, Wonderware, Or Siemens, And The Ability To Read And Interpret Ladder Logic And Schematics.
