  1. Perform hands-on assembly of machinery and equipment according to company standards and specifications.
  2. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed during the assembly process.
  3. Inspect all parts and components for quality and accuracy before and after assembly.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or malfunctions.
  5. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and procedures.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  7. Follow all company policies and guidelines for production and quality control.
  8. Meet production targets and deadlines as set by management.
  9. Continuously learn and develop skills to improve assembly techniques and efficiency.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  11. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and report any safety hazards.
  12. Keep accurate records of production and assembly processes.
  13. Assist with training new employees on assembly procedures and techniques.
  14. Troubleshoot and repair any machinery or equipment malfunctions as needed.
  15. Actively participate in team meetings and provide suggestions for process improvement.
