- Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze and optimize current manufacturing processes to reduce waste and increase cost savings.
- Lead and manage projects to implement new technologies and equipment in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot production issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes.
- Utilize data analysis and statistical tools to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes to ensure Trane Technologies remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and standards.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and qualify new materials and equipment.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new products and processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and initiatives to drive a culture of excellence.
- Lead and support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to improve production efficiency.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Advanced Manufacturing Process Engineering
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies And Experience With Process Improvement Projects
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Designing And Implementing Manufacturing Equipment And Processes
