Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Learning and Performance modules and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and troubleshoot HR systems issues, providing quick resolutions.
2. Implement and maintain SuccessFactors Learning and Performance modules.
3. Monitor, review, and adjust HR systems as needed.
4. Maintain customer service-first mindset when working with clients.
5. Lead projects involving HR systems and SuccessFactors implementations.
6. Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
8. Research and recommend new HR systems solutions and strategies.
9. Document processes, procedures, and systems.
10. Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
