At Tractor Supply Company, we are looking for a Specialist, HR Systems Success Factors Learning and Performance to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical knowledge and people skills, enabling them to effectively communicate and troubleshoot HR systems issues. This position requires a self-motivated individual who takes initiative and drives projects to completion.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in HR systems and/or SuccessFactors implementations. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Learning and Performance modules and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a customer service-first mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about HR systems and is driven to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot HR systems issues, providing quick resolutions.
- Implement and maintain SuccessFactors Learning and Performance modules.
- Monitor, review, and adjust HR systems as needed.
- Maintain customer service-first mindset when working with clients.
- Lead projects involving HR systems and SuccessFactors implementations.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Research and recommend new HR systems solutions and strategies.
- Document processes, procedures, and systems.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
