Job Description

At Tractor Supply Company, we are searching for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrator to join our team and help us in our mission to be the most helpful neighbor in the industry. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and possess the necessary technical abilities to manage the platform and its implementation. We are looking for a self-starter who can think critically, troubleshoot, and make decisions to ensure the success of our SAP SuccessFactors system.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
  3. Work with internal teams to analyze and evaluate complex business requirements and processes.
  4. Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, processes, and workflows.
  5. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and user adoption.
  6. Provide training and support to end users on how to use the system.
  7. Monitor system performance and take corrective action when necessary.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technology related to SAP SuccessFactors.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with team members to implement solutions.

Job Qualifications
