Manager, Store Planning

Tractor Supply Company is looking for a Manager, Store Planning who is able to deftly manage store planning projects and drive store performance through the development of store layouts and various other store projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and creative problem solver with a passion for excellence and the ability to work efficiently with a wide variety of stakeholders.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, as well as five or more years of related experience in store planning, retail management, or a related field. Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills are necessary, as well as working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office. The ability to travel up to 25% of the time is required.In this role, you will be responsible for developing store layouts and other store projects to maximize store performance. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that store design and construction projects are completed accurately and on schedule. You will be a key contributor to the development of store planning strategies and processes, as well as researching and analyzing trends and the competitive landscape.
