
HR Business Partner
At Tractor Supply Company, we are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. They should have a genuine interest in the success of our organization and our employees.The ideal HR Business Partner should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources, along with a Bachelor's degree. An SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred. They should be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to both work independently and contribute to a team. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Human Resources strategies, processes, and programs to ensure the company's goals and objectives are met.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and staff on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, selection, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Manage the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and stakeholders.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate employee benefits and other programs, such as wellness initiatives, employee recognition, and staff development.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the HR department.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and gaps.
- Assist with the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives.
