HR Business Partner

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage Human Resources strategies, processes, and programs to ensure the company's goals and objectives are met.
2. Provide guidance and advice to managers and staff on all aspects of HR, including recruitment, selection, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
3. Manage the recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
4. Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and stakeholders.
6. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
7. Coordinate employee benefits and other programs, such as wellness initiatives, employee recognition, and staff development.
8. Develop and manage the annual budget for the HR department.
9. Prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and gaps.
10. Assist with the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives.
