Job Description

Tractor Supply Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Director of Customer Solutions Center (Call Center) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Customer Solutions Center operations to ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner. You will supervise a team of contact center agents and oversee the design and implementation of customer service strategies. To be successful, you must possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. You must also have a deep understanding of customer service, contact center operations, and company policies. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the operations of the Customer Solutions Center and ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Supervise a team of contact center agents and evaluate their performance.
  3. Design and implement customer service strategies that meet customer expectations.
  4. Establish standards for customer service and ensure that the team meets those standards.
  5. Monitor customer service metrics and use data to identify areas of improvement.
  6. Train and coach customer service agents on the best practices for handling customer inquiries.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures for customer service operations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Respond to customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer service.
