
Assistant Manager
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Tractor Supply Company. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the store runs efficiently, and leading a team of associates. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping people and understand the importance of providing a high-level of customer service.To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with prior retail and/or management experience, strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. - Develop and implement promotional activities to drive sales.
- Ensure store is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
