
Assistant Manager
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join the team as our Assistant Manager at Tractor Supply Company. Our ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a commitment to customer service excellence and a dedication to helping our team reach their goals.In addition to a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for the job, the Assistant Manager should possess the following qualifications: excellent communication and leadership skills; the ability to effectively manage a team; a solid understanding of inventory and sales management; excellent organizational skills; and the ability to multitask. Responsibilites:
- Lead the team to reach goals by providing effective and clear direction.
- Develop staff to reach their full potential through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels.
- Manage sales and oversee customer service operations.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle employee relations matters, including dispute resolution.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the team.
- Monitor the team’s performance and address any issues.
- Schedule and oversee staff shifts to ensure proper coverage.
