Job Description

We're looking for an analytical and organized individual to join our OC Operations team as an Analyst at Tractor Supply Company. You'll be responsible for analyzing and evaluating data, identifying trends, and formulating recommendations to help improve our operational performance. In this role, you'll use your expertise in problem-solving and communication to ensure that our operations are efficient and successful.The ideal candidate for this position should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to think strategically. We're looking for an organized self-starter who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred, but not required.
