  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and exceed client expectations.
  5. Proactively monitor and analyze client accounts to identify potential issues and provide quick and effective resolutions.
  6. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Trace3's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
  10. Prepare and present reports to clients on account performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of Trace3.
  12. Stay organized and manage multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of solutions and services.
  13. Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Trace3, promoting our values and vision to clients and industry partners.
  15. Keep accurate records of client interactions and account activities using CRM software.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Technical Account Manager At Trace3 Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Technical Background In It And/Or Networking. This Allows Them To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Provide Technical Solutions.

  • Customer Service Skills: The Role Of A Technical Account Manager Is To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients. This Requires Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Listen To And Understand Client Needs, Provide Timely And Effective Solutions, And Handle Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Project Management Experience: Trace3 Technical Account Managers Are Responsible For Managing And Coordinating Projects For Clients, From Initial Implementation To Ongoing Support. As Such, They Must Have Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Timeline Management.

  • Communication And Presentation Skills: Technical Account Managers Must Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Internal Teams, And Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Strong Presentation Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Provide Effective Solutions Is Essential For A Technical Account Manager. They Must Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Challenges That May Arise For Clients.
