Job Description

At Trace3, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team. As a rapidly growing IT solutions provider, we are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and assisting our sales team in achieving their goals.   1. Generate and qualify leads through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  2. Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
  3. Assist the sales team in achieving their goals by providing them with qualified leads and supporting them in their sales efforts.
  4. Continuously research and identify new potential clients and industries to target for business growth.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Trace3, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitors to effectively position Trace3's services and solutions.
  7. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  9. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  10. Communicate effectively and professionally with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively conveying the value of Trace3's services.
  11. Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and report on sales metrics to management.
  13. Represent Trace3 at industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
  14. Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
  15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
