
Training and Development Coordinator

- Develop and implement training programs that align with Toyota's business objectives and support the growth and development of employees.
- Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most appropriate training methods and content to address performance gaps.
- Utilize various training techniques such as classroom instruction, e-learning, on-the-job training, and workshops to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, job aids, and other resources, to support the learning process.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation results to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.
- Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, room reservations, and equipment set-up.
- Maintain accurate training records and reports to track employee progress and training effectiveness.
- Communicate and promote training opportunities to employees and managers to ensure maximum participation and engagement.
- Assist in the development of career development plans for employees and provide guidance on learning and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with external vendors and trainers as needed to facilitate specialized training programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on training and development topics and provide support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Contribute to the overall HR strategy by providing insights and recommendations on training and development initiatives.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.
