  1. Develop and implement training programs that align with Toyota's business objectives and support the growth and development of employees.
  2. Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most appropriate training methods and content to address performance gaps.
  4. Utilize various training techniques such as classroom instruction, e-learning, on-the-job training, and workshops to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  5. Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, job aids, and other resources, to support the learning process.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants and stakeholders.
  7. Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluation results to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.
  9. Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, room reservations, and equipment set-up.
  10. Maintain accurate training records and reports to track employee progress and training effectiveness.
  11. Communicate and promote training opportunities to employees and managers to ensure maximum participation and engagement.
  12. Assist in the development of career development plans for employees and provide guidance on learning and development opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and trainers as needed to facilitate specialized training programs.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on training and development topics and provide support and guidance to managers and employees.
  15. Contribute to the overall HR strategy by providing insights and recommendations on training and development initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.

  • Excellent Communication, Facilitation, And Project Management Skills.
