  1. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in person and online, to improve employee performance.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure our programs remain relevant and effective.
  6. Manage training budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
  7. Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  8. Collaborate with HR to ensure all employees have access to necessary training and development opportunities.
  9. Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources for easy access and reference.
  10. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all necessary logistics are in place.
  11. Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and external training providers.
  12. Provide regular reports on training and development activities and their impact on employee performance.
  13. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates employees to participate and excel in training programs.
  14. Continuously assess the training needs of employees and develop new programs to address any skill gaps.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all training and development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Designing And Delivering Training Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Toyota's Production System And Culture, With A Strong Commitment To Continuous Improvement And Employee Development.
