- Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, utilizing effective instructional techniques.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by providing orientation and training.
- Communicate training opportunities and resources to employees to encourage continuous learning and development.
- Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce and apply learning in the workplace.
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all training activities.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify and address training needs across the organization.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Proven Ability To Design And Implement Effective Training Programs For A Diverse Workforce.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Levels Of Employees.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Techniques, As Well As Experience With Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Platforms.
