  11. Cultivate relationships with external training providers and negotiate contracts as needed.
  12. Collaborate with HR team to ensure training programs align with company policies and procedures.
  13. Stay informed about the latest technologies and methodologies in employee training and development.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for employees of all backgrounds.
  15. Continuously seek feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve the training and development process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Theories And Instructional Design Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Levels Of Employees.

  • Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office And Learning Management Systems.
