- Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Monitor training budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Communicate with employees about training opportunities and promote participation.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, registration, and venue arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
- Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support for their career development.
- Cultivate relationships with external training providers and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure training programs align with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and methodologies in employee training and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for employees of all backgrounds.
- Continuously seek feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve the training and development process.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Theories And Instructional Design Principles.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Various Departments And Levels Of Employees.
Proficiency In Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office And Learning Management Systems.
