
Training and Development Coordinator

- Identify Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from employees to determine training needs and gaps within the organization.
- Design Training Programs: Develop and design training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, utilizing various methods such as classroom training, online learning, and on-the-job training.
- Implement Training Programs: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Monitor Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other methods to continuously improve and enhance the training curriculum.
- Foster a Culture of Learning and Development: Collaborate with managers and leaders to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages employees to continuously develop their skills and knowledge.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its approach to employee development.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their training needs and incorporate them into the training plan.
- Manage Training Budget: Responsible for managing the training budget, including identifying cost-effective training solutions and tracking expenses.
- Maintain Training Records: Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Mentor and Coach Employees: Provide support and guidance to employees, including coaching and mentoring, to help them achieve their individual and professional development goals.
- Conduct Performance Evaluations: Collaborate with managers to incorporate training and development goals into employee performance evaluations.
- Develop Training Materials: Create and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, presentations, and other resources, to support the delivery of training programs.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Facilitate Training Sessions And Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Familiarity With Toyota's Production And Quality Standards, As Well As The Company's Culture And Values.
