  1. Identify Training Needs: Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from employees to determine training needs and gaps within the organization.
  2. Design Training Programs: Develop and design training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, utilizing various methods such as classroom training, online learning, and on-the-job training.
  3. Implement Training Programs: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
  4. Monitor Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other methods to continuously improve and enhance the training curriculum.
  5. Foster a Culture of Learning and Development: Collaborate with managers and leaders to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages employees to continuously develop their skills and knowledge.
  6. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its approach to employee development.
  7. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their training needs and incorporate them into the training plan.
  8. Manage Training Budget: Responsible for managing the training budget, including identifying cost-effective training solutions and tracking expenses.
  9. Maintain Training Records: Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  10. Mentor and Coach Employees: Provide support and guidance to employees, including coaching and mentoring, to help them achieve their individual and professional development goals.
  11. Conduct Performance Evaluations: Collaborate with managers to incorporate training and development goals into employee performance evaluations.
  12. Develop Training Materials: Create and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, presentations, and other resources, to support the delivery of training programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Facilitate Training Sessions And Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels.

  • Familiarity With Toyota's Production And Quality Standards, As Well As The Company's Culture And Values.
