
Talent Development Analyst
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop strategies to improve offerings related to executive and non-executive succession planning. Working collaboratively with the talent development team to provide innovative approaches to talent management. Develop and implement innovative, efficient, and effective programs, processes, and tools related to succession planning, promotions, general executive/high potential development, and talent review. Managing projects that have an impact on Toyota Motor North America as well as global impact. Development of strategies, system development, and implementation utilizing project management skills. Influencing executive leadership to gain buy-in and support of newly developed strategies and kaizen to existing strategy/systems.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and build consensus with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with academic/university partnerships a plus
Experience implementing and managing career/leadership development programs for executives and/or management levels
Direct experience executing HR/talent/career planning or development projects across multiple locations/business units
